I've read the minutes and everything looks good to me.
For publicity, I will get our May concerts posted on Facebook, Community
Impact's online calendar, and the Now Playing Austin website. All of these are
free. Yay. :)
I can also make programs for the concerts as long as we can approve the expense
- the last time we paid for programs in December 2019, I think the cost was
around $150. I'm guessing it will be a bit higher now.

10AM meeting should work if we get the minutes approved ahead of time.

I would think so, especially if--as Mike suggested-- we review and vote
on the minutes ahead of time. It could also help if we all send an update
ahead of time highlighting any issues we want to discuss.

OK, per Warren's other email, percussion load will be at 9:30 Saturday
morning. What time would we meet as a board then? Would meeting at 10
give us enough time to let the board members who go to CUMC get to
Central Market and then have a condensed meeting while the rest of the
band is setting up?

If we could approve the minutes via email in advance that might help.

Saturday morning is fine, provided we get appropriate help moving and
setting up percussions... an agenda in advance would be nice too so
we can move quickly and stave off the inevitable distractions.

I like the idea of meeting Saturday before the concert. I know we
had discussed doing just that at our last meeting.

I missed the last board meeting, so this may have been
discussed, but if Warren is out Friday and Tom and Caroline
both have potential scheduling conflicts AND we’re all going
to be in one place the next morning, couldn’t we just meet in
person at Central Market before call time? I personally plan
to be there early for people who will need to pick up
shirts—because I think we all know some people won’t be there
Tuesday to get them—but it seems like we could plan to arrive
early enough to meet before call time.
I may be slightly biased because the quintet Mike, Melissa,
and I play in would also like to use Friday evening for a
last rehearsal before we perform Sunday.

Howdy Board!
A few quick items:
• Do we need Giuseppe's trailer for TCMF? If so, have we
asked him for his help?
• Is there anything else we need to do/finalize before TCMF?
• Steve the new euphonium is interested in being secretary,
he'll join us for the next board meeting.
• I'm not going to be able to make it right at 7:00 PM next
Friday for our meeting, would we prefer to start without me
or push back to 7:30? Either is fine with me.
