Here is a somewhat more readable document with the information from the
spreadsheet that the survey automatically creates. The email addresses
aren't included, so refer back to the spreadsheet if you need those. :)
It looks like Westminster will be the only performance that all 7 ensembles
are able to attend; Unity Church of the Hills only has 4 committed groups
so far.
