I've brought this up before, but it never seems to get much traction. We
should always have someone at the front of the hall. People are more likely
to donate if there is a person there. It is also good to have someone
handing out programs and who can also answer questions or help
audience members in general. And yes, we should get head counts as well as
general demographic counts.
I think some flowers for Willow would be nice. Robert mentioned to me that
she would only be playing on one of the two concerts, but I am not sure
which one.
