Actually I remember discussion of setting up a Venmo or PayPal in a previous
thread. I am wondering how much work would it take to set up one or both for
donations.

donation box is a clear pitcher (which would work great if we were using it for

should always have someone at the front of the hall. People are more likely to
donate if there is a person there. It is also good to have someone handing out
programs and who can also answer questions or help audience members in general.
And yes, we should get head counts as well as general demographic counts.
I think some flowers for Willow would be nice. Robert mentioned to me that she
would only be playing on one of the two concerts, but I am not sure which one.

course, I thanked her profusely for offering to help us out at our concerts,
