I got a 5 gallon drum free from quaker oats back around 1986.
Stinks and is toxic, they were glad to get rid of it I'm sure.

I have no idea what keywords to use to find that article again but it may
well have been something in the nitric acid family and not HTP.

Why not hydrogen peroxide in monoprop or one of the various alcohols that
it’s hypergolic with?
