It's been great to see all the videos of the launch, congrats to them
on the success and to FAR for hosting it. Is it the first space launch
from FAR? Did they get a launch license or was it under a level 3
waiver? Very impressive that they seemed to have GPS and telemetry
lock for the full ascent.

Saturday morning Evolution Space launched an APCP rocket to 408,456' from the
FAR test and launch facility. Right after the launch I drove to the Mojave
Desert Advanced Rocketry Society (MDARS) monthly event about 30 miles away
where a NASA USLI team I mentor, CSU Long Beach, launched their final rocket
for the competition. Also launched was a test rocket launch by CSU Fullerton
students for the ESRA IREC SAC competition. Lots happening in the Mojave
Desert.
