[AR] Re: Falcon 9 lifetime of 5 flights?

For the record, 5 flights was the reflight lifetime goal of the current/final 
F9 Block 5 Full Thrust booster design.  That was as far as they stated they 
intended to go.  The Starship vehicle is intended to take over pushing capacity 
and costs lower than F9 FT blk 5.
