For anyone else who was only finding the paint company PPG when googling, I'm
guessing that's polypropylene glycol. Wikipedia informs me that it's the
plastic used in paintballs, which is an interesting application.

Seems like a winner of composite solid propellants, thanks for posting about it.
As I said, it’s an option. An option particularly for someone who resides in a
country with no indigenous manufacturing capability of HTPB as HTPB is very
export controlled – not just from the US, but from Europe and China also. A
true PITA to procure – particularly for an amateur/experimenter.
BUT, the catch is the processing. You need to invest in the processing kit or
get real clever with the chem.
