I would think in a test situation in a vacuum chamber it would be quite easy.
Wait until everything reads 0, wait a little bit longer and then test.

It's the "allowed to outgas thoroughly" bit that seems to be a potential
source of substantial error in vacuum-testing any micro-thrust device
(either in orbit or otherwise)...
