May I suggest you go to this web site to see how he experimented with and validated the BB Effect and other similar devices. It may save you a whole bunch of time. I really think this guy is just replication the BB effect with microwaves.

Some of this research is 15 years old and some links are no longer there but the conclusions for most anything is still available.
