Further proof the gov can't do anything better than private industry.
Apollo they just managed the money but the hardware was built by you know
who.

FWIW, there were several other cryo storage/transfer demos also funded via
the Tipping Point Technologies program in addition to SpaceX. ULA, LM, and
ETA Space also got contracts for cryo fluid management/transfer flight
demos. Altius is doing the cryo transfer system for ETA Space's LOXSAT1
demo.
