The Episodes VII, VIII and IX follow the exploits of Finn and Rey as we
discover they are _both_ Luke Skywalker's offspring by two different
mothers. Its never quite explained how Finn is so black but, there you have
it. Nuff said about _that_. As it turns out, a genetic test shows that Finn
and Rey share no deleterious recessive alleles. Again, this is never quite
explained, etc. However, this permits JJ Abrams to deal with his, uh,
difficulty in Episode IX: Finn and Rey have a love child together. The
Force is so strong with this little boy that he, without even trying,
time-travels to August 4, 1961 in another galaxy, far far away, depositing
himself on the doorstep of a young couple living in Hawaii. The young
couple has trouble getting a birth certificate or something. The End.> when
SPS launch profits start coming to SpaceX.

However, in all the excitement, I think people have missed something
important:

Blue Origin has a more realistic long-range vision (space rather than
planetary surface settlement) and did, after all, previously demonstrate
first-stage return from "space". Moreover, they can work out the
reuse/refurbishment bugs at a lower cost per flight, which means their
industrial learning curve will be better. I think it quite possible if not
probable that Blue Origin will be the first to launch a commercial
satellite to _orbit_ on a reused first stage and do so economically.
