 I've also been working on a narrow band TV link for long range video.
Apollo used a narrow band link (500 khz 320 lines) and I got to thinking
about it. The link trades bandwidth for SNR to get a link over long
distances.
 We where able to get this 48 line video over 25 khz.

 The quality is certainly not anything to jump up and down about but who
cares if you can get a live link at range?
