Cryogenic phobia, that's your answer.
A few years ago I set this guy up with a 60KLbF LOx/Kerosene TCA and he got
'cold' feet when dealing with cryogenic materials and seals even though his
fears were baseless.
He's bull headed and won't listen to those who know ,more than he does.
Typical of an overinflated ego.
One positive, at least he's keeping the composite chamber.
