I'd imagine a lot would depend on the mixture ratio employed over the whole
throttling range of the engine.

My understanding is that this required one particular kerosene, whose
exact nature and source are still proprietary. It's not something
that others could necessarily duplicate.
Beyond this is kerosene coking a function of whether or not it is used as a
coolant? Are lox cooled engines which use kerosene fuel also subject to
coking?
