No surprise there... but it doesn't change the bottom line.  Whether you 
call it magic or clever lateral thinking, it's something that someone else 
with a desire for non-coking kerosene can't necessarily duplicate on 
command.

I'm guessing that XCOR's lack of coking problems were largely because
they consistently applied purges right after shutdown, with nitrogen
gas or similar, to flush out remaining kerosene before it could
overheat and coke.

(Just a guess, but the XCOR folks have mentioned purges quite a lot.)
