I was tapped as a geologist over this. The short answer they’ll either be
forced to install a pipeline out to the fields 80 miles west of Cameron
County or they’ll be doing 400+ wells on the property based on how
productive they were 40 years ago.
Either one would auto-trigger an EIS review. SpaceX refusing to disclose
either one is incredibly bad.

interesting question. They're going to need methane in large quantities,
both for the rockets and for a natural-gas powerplant that's part of the
site plans. How are they going to get it there? Apparently there's no
