Hey Folks,

Some of you may be considering doing a little blockbusting over the Fourth
of July holiday weekend.  If so, I've got a few suggestions for you...

Over the past several weeks, groups of Atlas volunteers have been convening
on areas in SW and South-Central VA to knock out hours and species lists in
priority blocks.  This means that there are now quite a few blocks with
LOTS of possible breeders, *just waiting for the next Atlas volunteer to
come along and upgrade all of those S codes (Singing Male) to S7s (Singing
Male 7+ days apart).*

Here are the lists of Priority blocks ripe for upgrades:

Click on each link to see the current data and location of observations for
each block.

While visiting these blocks means travel for most of you, *adding more
hours and upgrades to these blocks would be the best way to take advantage
of time already invested in these blocks this season.*  If you're
able/willing to do a little birding travel, please consider giving these a
visit.

Look forward to seeing many of you at the Natural Tunnel Atlas Rally this
weekend!

Happy Birding,
