Marsha, you can download and install a demo version of JAWS 18 and see if that
makes a difference. I have had problems with Chrome with older version of JFW
especially with the latest updates to Chrome. Also if that doesn't make any
difference try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome. You can do that easily
from this site:

It isn't the website that crashes. Google Chrome crashes. It disappears
from the screen. If you start Google Chrome first than open Jaws it works
better but of course it is hard to open a site without Jaws. This just started.
