Marsha, what is the message that appears when you try opening Google?

Are you able to navigate through the page?

I need more details so I can possibly help.

  I am running Windows 7, Jaws 16, as of yesterday, I can't use Google.
When I try to open it, it disappears.  Does anyone have any info about
this?
