BCA Adelaide branch wish to invite members and friends to an information
session on Saturday 28th July, 10.30 to 12.30 tops at RSB, 230 Pirie Street
Adelaide. This will be followed by lunch at Café Amore, corner of Pirie and
Pulteney Street, about five minute walk from RSB. Café Amore is wheelchair
accessible. Any other concerns please ring Rob at Café Amore on 08 8227 0095.
We would appreciate however lunch bookings to come via the BCA branch. This
information session will involve report back on the matters discussed at our
March 24 brain storm session. They wereEmployment, Housing SA, transport and
accessibility. In addition to the progress reports, time will be allocated for
questions, discussion and direction from the membership. We will also be
discussing the up-coming state convention in more detail. Information on the
convention will be posted shortly.
Our theme this year; social inclusion our response. What information etc do
we need to assist in this process. Some of the topics covered will
beAccessibility, employability, communication barriers, advocacy etc.
