[etni] 3 points and the stone age

In the "stone age," here in Israel, prior to the 3 point and long before the
NBA, most Israelis didn't go to high school. Only the accademics did. Others
learned professions and even went to the army at 17. Once high school became
free and required--you can hardly get a job sans "12 shnot limmud"--it became
necessary to adjust the curriculum. And in recent years the politicians have
been trying to promise university for all...
