For those of you observing Tisha B'Av, I hope you're not offended by me
posting my first set of bloopers now (I'm taking a break). If so, I
apologize...

Ok, here goes...

I'm starting with the cloze. It was about Tai Chi, but apparently, one
examinee didn't know the difference between Tai Chi and Chai Tea. I'll put
the answer in CAPITAL LETTERS:

"What I like best about Tai Chi is that...you just never want to stop DRINK
it. (didn't know that he needed the -ing form there, either...)

And from the compositions:

1) This examinee apparently needs some help with geography:
"I'm writing to you to recommend a wonderful destination in Europe."
        and in the next paragraph...
"My recommendation is to travel in Toronto, Canada."

2) An examinee who has trouble remembering who she is...
"Dear Sir,

"My name is Shani...

"Sincerely yours,
"Deby Brown."

3) Now here's a scary one -- glad I wasn't on this trip (this is a letter to
the tour company that organized the trip):
"I'm writing to you in order to share with you my experiments from my class
trip."

4) I wouldn't mind paying this price -- sounds like a good deal to me!
"Furthermore, [the mobile phone] can sometimes even cost us some bad
diseases."

5) Uh, ok...
"To sumerite this issue I can say that we can use those productions, be
less. That's because anithing you became adopt to, can hurm you."

Break's over...

Bari
