My reaction was just to feel a bit sad and disgusted. About a minute of the classroom shot of the kid yelling about having ADD could have been shot real time in a class of mine about three weeks ago. It sounded like the script was taken word for wor from that few minutes. I must say that almost all of the time what was shown in the Eretz Nehederet skit is an exaggeration when compared to my classes. However, there have been too many times when it hits the nail on the head. But I do know that there are some classes , not only English, when this is the norm -like Lev said. Sad.
