I am directing this to those of you who are bagrut graders,

I understand that the students who have a dispensation for spelling 
automatically receive 8 out of 8 for mechanics.  How are they graded with 
regard to the format for the letter?  For other students, I have always 
taken points off for incorrect format in the mechanics section.  Is that 
correct, or is it in a different rubric area?
