If only everyone would adopt your approach, Marj - I'm afraid too many
teachers are giving in, either because of pressure or because they have
begun to think in defeatist terms. Let me remind you all - there's strength
in numbers, especially if we have the backing of our Union, however
disappointed you may be with it.
