Dear Eleanor and All Concerned,

Why would people do a u-turn at this point? Has something changed?  Is
not our union still forbidding our enacting the program?  Is the
literature program not still all about HOTS?
Since there has been no change in the officials' policies, I see no
reason to change either.  I'm still on the "Just Say NO" wagon and
hoping all will hang on tight for the ride with me!
