Too true, And I teach with Judy and between the more than 125 years
of teaching experience that we as a staff have accrued, we still can't
get our heads round this rubbish.
But the points are
.
1. The course is off limits for Irgun Members and the ministry is
forcing us to be SCABS...
2. The course does not tell you which class will need to be taught
what, for what bit, next year and for /2012/2013.
3. There is no clear answer for "Dovrei Anglit classes"
4.There is absolutely no information or guidelines printed in an
official textbook (full version and not just the first few chapters)
for the exam,Do not give me that rubbish about the minstry site and
the three miserable worksheets.
5. There are no copies of any exam like questions so that you cannot
make an informed decision anyway ( a pamphlet of five potential exams
is not enough sorry)
6. There are No guidelines for weak students /LD students and who are
now arbitrarily forced to take, a lets face it, lesser valued three
point exam because their comprehension and oral skills are excellent
but they cannot possibly either take an exam and WRITE a piece of
literary analysis in English which they are unable to do in their own
native language.
6.Five weeks to go and hundreds of teachers are upset and clueless and
being browbeaten to do something they do not agree with and then
forced to teach it and the ministry is still not listening to anyone
but their own self inflated sense of egotistical right.
6.We are fed up with sycophantic do gooders telling us how we need to
explore our horizons and who don't actually come up with any full and
constructive answers.
