[etni] Have you been officially informed?

Can someone on ETNI help me understand something?
I have not received any information, neither at school nor at home and not
even in my email, explaining the requirements of the literature program
which is supposed to replace module F and D.
Has every school received official notification and explanation? Am I alone
here?
If yes, I need to find out why I have not seen it and deal with what is
required.
If no, do the F/D module lit program requirements exist officially online?
If so, are school coordinators, principals etc expected to access this
independently to learn of the changes? Does anyone have the exact link?
If the demands of the lit program have not been issued formally and teachers
and principals informed of the changes, then it is impossible to even
consider implementing the program next year in any class - including Yud
dovrim) with the year ended and teachers on vacation.
If there is an official final detailed description of what is expected and
you have seen it, please direct me to it.
