[etni] Moving and storing Outlook Express mail files

If you have never wanted to store your outlook express mail messages, then skip 
this mesage!
For years I have begged the Etni community and my technician to tell me how to 
do this.  I had hundreds of messages that I wanted do keep but  they were 
slowing down the computer.
Maybe this was not possible years ago, so I couldn't get an answer. 
But now it's easy!
  So, for those people who wrote in that if I ever get an answer, I should tell 
them, here goes:
