[etni] Oral Bagrut

Maybe I'm missing something or being "rosh katan," but as I understand the
rubrics the tester for the Oral Bagrut assesses "Project Presentation" and not
"Project Execution." That means, for the Oral Bagrut grade it doesn't matter if
students present projects they actually did themselves or someone else did or
don't even exist.
