[etni] advice for hiring teachers

After having had some very unpleasant experiences
with hiring teachers for our staff, I urge ALL COORDINATORS
not to settle with a personal interview of the applicant,
his/her CV, or having the principal interview the applicant,
BUT demand references AND call and speak to as many
people who can give more information about the person
you are about to hire.
This may be a bit tiresome, but it will hopefully save
you much bigger distress in the future.
