Here in Netanya I know that there is an agreement with Nitzan that social
workers can send students who fall below a certain financial level for free
ivhuneem. This applies for Ethiopean students for sure - not certain about
the population in general. So it is work checking with your local Nitzan if
they also have such an arrangement.
