Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions but, unfortunately, I don't have a user.pdb file
as one has never been created by the process. I have tried creating an
empty file to see if this would help but it doesn't! Also, my initials are
in the author field, ie rlb.

Hi,
Try and rename your user.pdb file and try again, perhaps it is bad.
Also make sure your POI author name is set correctly. IE it has
characters and isn't just a space.
