If you are still having the problem like I did today you will have to call
tech support for advance tech help, I had to erase my GPS DLL file somewhere
else and then I got to install the 5.0.

Peggy,

I've seen this happen a few times over the years.  What has resolved the 
problem for me is to download the program again and try to install the 
most recent download.  Occasionally the download can be corupted for one 
reason or another, and I suspect server traffic has been unusually high 
today which could contribute to the problem.
