Peggy,
I've seen this happen a few times over the years. What has resolved the
problem for me is to download the program again and try to install the
most recent download. Occasionally the download can be corupted for one
reason or another, and I suspect server traffic has been unusually high
today which could contribute to the problem.

Okay, guys, I don't know what's going on. The uninstaller worked
beautifully in wiping version 4 off my BrailleNote, but when I reset,
and then did the 1 2 3 and reset thing to start the installation, it
looked like it was going to work. But I get to a certain point and
get the message gps.dll Not enough storage is available to complete
this operation. Could not install gps.dll. Not enough storage is
available to complete this operation. To exit press enter. When I
uninstalled the old version, I got the message that it was successful;
so why won't the new version install? I purchased SMA's, I got the
notice that it was there, I got the programs, I followed the prompts,
and no luck. Help!
