It looks like you did everything correctly. Two questions:
1. What kind of unit is this that you are trying to update? PK or mPower
2. How much memory is available on the Flash disk?

Okay, guys, I don't know what's going on.  The uninstaller worked
beautifully in wiping version 4 off my BrailleNote, but when I reset, and
then did the 1 2 3 and reset thing to start the installation, it looked like
it was going to work.  But I get to a certain point and get the message
gps.dll Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.  Could
not install gps.dll.  Not enough storage is available to complete this
operation. To exit press enter. When I uninstalled the old version, I got
the message that it was successful;  so why won't the new version install?
I purchased SMA's, I got the notice that it was there, I got the programs, I
followed the prompts, and no luck.  Help!
