M1000 is a standard Bluetooth type GPS receiver that provides a standard serial over Bluetooth type connection so it should work like any other receiver. Whether it's more accurate or not I don't know but it's accurate and offers WAAS correction so it's very accurate when taking advantage of that. Also remarkably cheap for what it does, sub $50 from many online vendors.

I'm missing a lot it would appear. I'm assuming this is a new receiver and that it is doing a good job or it wouldn't be getting this much attention. Does it work with PK and older versions of GPS? Also, is it more accurate then the holex slim?
Thanks and sorry for not keeping up.

Hi,
when you restore the gps to factory defaults you won't lose any data,
if you have custom settings such as lookaround mode turned off you'd
need to turn that back on.

Thanks Harwood, that worked the first time. My only question is, when I restored to factory default did I lose any information that may need to be
re-installed?
Thanks again,
Percy
