This only works in a few large cities. I tried it in San Francisco. I didn't actually follow the route it created but it did nicely create a route walking to a Muni stop, then told me the name of the line to take, where to get off and then the walk the rest of the way. I determined from this exploration that it was much more efficient to take a taxi. Anyone else tried this? If it isn't available in the city you try, you will be alerted so.
