Andrea,

I don't think that it is a problem with the battery charge. I have tried
doing the same thing while it is being charged using the BrailleNote, wall
outlet, cigarette outlet, with it still giving me the same result.

To update all of the folks who have been throwing out their suggestions and
their ideas at me, including Mike, Carl, Linda, Robert, and you Andrea.

I tried using the USB cord and tried charging the Holux using the laptop,
which is something that I have done before successfully. This time when I
tried doing it, I wasn't all that successfull; I got the message "a USB
device appears to be malfunctioned and windows is not
able to detect it," since this is the first time that I have recieved this
message from something that I have done before, it leads me to believe that
the Holux is indeed the issue, it is malfunction, it was a great 3 days of
use. It is back to the BlueLogger for the time being.

I am sure that there will be something that will be available to resolve
this issue, which may include a replacement, different reciever, or
something of that sort.

Thanks to all who gave me their suggestions and thoughts.
Kevin
