Good morning,

Yesterday while trying to create a point from a lon lat setting in decimal
format I don't know how, but instead of being in NC it was created 5000
miles away then when I redid it I was 9 thousand miles from home. Now these
are still there and I have not been able to get them off. Any help
appreciated and below is what I did so you can also tell me where I screwed
up. Thank you.

I did CTREl Y which brought up the lon lat selection with the edit fields.
I had read to use a space between the degrees and minutes so typed in 36
08959 then the lat on the next line. I hit next and gave it a name and hit
OK. I was out in the middle of an ocean and a bit too far to swim. What
was wrong with this example?

Have a great day,

Paul Bolduc

world.

border,

10 miles east of where VT, NH and MA meet.
