Subject: [gps-talkusers] Thanks to Charles!

This is the summer before Louie's senior year of high school. His friend
says, "I'm riding in a bike race from California to Maryland. Can you use
your GPS & be part of our crew?" He gives me the race website with its GPS
info. I look at it and there are a bunch of .csv files. It says some GPS
devices can import those files, others require the files to be converted to
some other format. I send the url to the most amazing Charles LaPierre,
Sendero Group's programmer. He says it would be a fairly big programming
project and anyhow he's on vacation. Which we totally understand. And then

a few hours later, I check my email again. And you guessed it. The amazing

Charles has sent another message. He has converted *ALL* of the several
thousand points into whatever geek format the Sendero GPS requires. You'll
find them all at the link called "Race Across America" under the User POI's
when you log in to gosendero.com. Thank you thank you thank you to Mr. La
Pierre!
