There have been a number of excellent points people have voiced on this
topic. I appreciate Robert's point about the need for time using the app to
really learn how to make the most out of it. We have certainly seen that to
be the case with our other GPS products.

We did consider putting the monthly subscription idea on our voting list but
it is not a feature. Clearly, this is something some users want right now,
particularly before there is much user feedback on the app and we are
thinking about, perhaps not working tirelessly. I think existing users will
appreciate our efforts going into feature improvements first and foremost.
After all, we have made folks wait many months before releasing the app. It
will take time to make additions. Patience please.

Mike

I don't mind paying a price for accessibility, but when multiple people
state they want a monthly subscription to try the app, and then that feature
isn't listed in the top eight, IMO, it shows the company isn't truly
listening to what we as customers want. Mike said he wanted a monthly
subscription, but it was harder to implement than he thought. Does this mean
Senderro would rather program softball solutions into their products and
rely on their reputation and the words of others to sell their products? I
suspect so. If Senderro truly wanted a monthly membership option, then
instead of 'looking into it,' they would be 'working tirelessly to ensure we
are meeting the needs and desires of our current and future customers.'
I thought about posting a low review for this app based on my frustration
with Mr. May's wish to rely on reputation and review over customer wishes,
but I didn't because I realize most people don't know who I am and wouldn't
care how I reviewed the product, plus those people who love Senderro and are
going to buy it won't read the reviews anyway.
Besides, if there ever is a monthly license, and I do try it, I'm sure I'll
most likely end of buying it and wanting to give the app a high review. I'm
holding out for the optimistic outcome rather than voicing negativity on the
review page in the short run

Hello, I totally agree with what Mike said in this post. I too would also
like to see people discuss features and not write such poor reviews in the
App Store simply because of the price. I love the app, and I love what Mike
and Charles have done to make it worthwhile to get. I don't mind paying a
little bit of a price for accessibility.
