In truth, I don't feel very confident instructing a driver because of the rather long instructions for roundabouts so had to confine myself to using the GPS only to get about myself and to find routes. Yes, I agree, alternative routes would also be nice. (Wouldn't it be great if we were told how many routes we could take and the distance in each case, and any other relative information we chose to be given before we got the route instructions.) Anyway, that's all in my "Wish List" for the moment. I am sure all of you at Sendero continue to work very hard indeed with many constraints in time and maybe finances too; but I do hope you can address some of these issues soon so that we can continue to use the leading GPS system not just for the blind but, well, for all! <Smiles> -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ---- Original Message ---- From: "GianniP46" <giannip46@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, June 19, 2009 4:15 PM Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: a virtual feature >I am still asking for quickest verses shortest route. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Michael May" <MikeMay@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Friday, June 19, 2009 9:55 AM > Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: a virtual feature > > >> Excellent idea.
