Ok guys. I am being dragged out of my semi vacation in Maui to clarify upgrades. I haven't read all the emails from you on this topic. It does tend to be a bit confusing to explain and to understand. Let me try. Sendero did switch to a 3 year license with our map company because it is definitely cheaper in the long run for users. We don't have the option of a single year license other than for Australia and New Zealand where we use a different map company. A Software Maintenance Agreement is the purchase of a 3 year license at a discount before a release. So, if you purchased an SMA in April, one of those upgrade counts would be used for the 2011 release and you would have two left. If you had no upgrades and wanted to bring yourself current to 2011, then you would purchase an upgrade to 2011 with 2 future upgrades left over. As many of you know, we have been cranking out new features and improvements for many years now and will continue to do so to the best of our ability. Hope that helps. It is only 10 AM here so time to see what interesting restaurants are outside this massive resort hotel for a late breakfast.
