Robert,

I have checked which lights are on when the reciever is plugged into the
outlet and it is off, which is the red one to indicate that it is charging.

When I turn the unit on while it is charging, I will get the orange one
flashing, which says that it has a fix; sometimes I will get the blue one
flashing , which indicates a bluetooth connection, the blue one won't flash
when I am getting these errors.

And, when the unit is not plugged into the wall, I will get all of the
lights except for the red one to indicate it is charging.

I don't think that it is a issue with the bluetooth manager, I have tested
the same thing with two BrailleNote mPowers, with the same results.
Thanks for tossing in your suggestions and thoughts.
kevin
