Robert, I have checked which lights are on when the reciever is plugged into the outlet and it is off, which is the red one to indicate that it is charging. When I turn the unit on while it is charging, I will get the orange one flashing, which says that it has a fix; sometimes I will get the blue one flashing , which indicates a bluetooth connection, the blue one won't flash when I am getting these errors. And, when the unit is not plugged into the wall, I will get all of the lights except for the red one to indicate it is charging. I don't think that it is a issue with the bluetooth manager, I have tested the same thing with two BrailleNote mPowers, with the same results. Thanks for tossing in your suggestions and thoughts. kevin ----- Original Message ----- From: "robert stigile" <rstigile@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, June 24, 2006 3:10 PM Subject: [gps-talkusers] e: Re: Problems with paring with Holux > Hello, > I am wondering if you can have someone check the receiver when it is > plugged in, so that you can see which lights are on to know if the > receiver is working or not. > If the receiver is working, then you might want to try reinstalling > keysoft, for there might be a problem with the bluetooth setting in your > braillenote. > Hope this works. > Robert > >> ----- Original Message ----- >>From: "Kevin Chao" <101130189@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >>To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >>Date: Sat, 24 Jun 2006 15:06:00 -0700 >>Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: Problems with paring with Holux > >>Mike, > >>I am not sure what the real problem is, it sounds like it might > be the >>reciever at this point, since you said that you have never lost > the >>Bluetooth connection with the Holux, but you have notice this > with other >>recievers. > >>I am also finding for some reason that when searching for a > bluetooth >>device that for some reason the Holux won't be detected, I have > tested this >>with it being plugged into an outlet, just to make sure that it > wasn't a >>fault with the battery, and I am still not able to detect the > Holux >>reciever.
