Since you purchased an app that clearly will not work on your device, you could approach Apple for a refund. My understanding is that there are no plans to have the Look Around app store the maps on the device, which is why only GPS programs that do store the maps on the device work for the Touch. Navigon and TomTom are two that do. Navigon seems to get the most praise for accessibility.
