I bought two of them and really like them, too. Highly recommended. It's comfortable and does not fall off.

A while back, Scott Marshall posted about a little earpiece that slides
behind the ear, and the speaker sits just outside the ear, thus allowing
ambient sounds to be heard.  This is a single earphone only.  I bought
one, and really like it.  It is called the Williams Surround Sound
earphone.  I bought it from Cardinal Sound in maryland, but a friend
told me that C Crane also sells it at even a lower price.  I paid $13
