Ah ok, just a suggestion, you may want to do things the way nearby explorer does, I'm not saying the sendero app should do everything the way another app does, but it is a bit easier. The way it works is, the text field for a search is available, but the nearest pois are also displayed on the same screen. Also, it would be nice to see the closest point of interest on the location screen since that's probably going to be the screen you will use when you are not doing a search or following a root.
