Not yet, but several people requested this feature, so it will come :)


As a temporal workaround I suggest using for_window triggers.
It's not a perfect solution as you'd have to go to workspace 3 to run
emacs for it to work (otherwise the trigger will change your currently
focused window (unless you mark it, focus emacs, change size, and then
focus back to the mark (still, races can occur))), but it may still be
better than waiting idly. ;-)
